Synchronize Anything!

I love backups. They've saved my bacon many times. Another problem I have is making sure I have duplicate copies of files on several drives or computers. Here is a free sync program that I just discovered that seems to have it all.
As I report this, I am syncing two external USB hard disk drives. I have several hundreds DVD movies on both and rather than comparing manually to make sure I have the movies on both drives in case one fails, this program is doing it for me. Pretty cool!

But if you aren't online, you can't search for old messages and if (I can't imagine how) Google were to somehow crash, your messages would crash with it...
